General Information
- Shipping times may vary according to Australia Post or third party delivery providers time frames and zones which are outside our control.
- All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7.00am to 3.00 AEST.
- Tracking advice will be provided and sent to your email once processed.
- If there is a delay with processing your order, we will notify you by email.
International
- All international orders may be subject to customs inspections, import taxes unique to your country. This is outside our control and we can prepay these taxes and duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office with any queries and concerns.
